Ubuntu Server
Ubuntu Server is essentially the Ubuntu operating system, minus the GUI. Designed to be used in server environments where performance is more important than the looks. Although through the use of the apt packaging system it is relatively simple to install the software required to make it similar to an Ubuntu Desktop install.
